Since its establishment in 2004, SM INDUSTRY MTAT has successfully operated its semiconductor packaging business. Producing high quality plastic sheets through the thermoforming process, the company supplies shipping trays for semiconductors to SK Hynix, a global leading semiconductor manufacturer. Being the pioneer to apply IDP to its tray products, SM INDUSTRY MTAT invests heavily in R&D efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a solid position in the semiconductor packaging business.
MTAT Department of SM Industry is responsible for producing plastic sheets with antistatic and semiconductor-specific trays. We are producing trays dedicated to semiconductor module exports. These are for Memory modules, SSD modules, and LCD components. Standardized quality of semiconductor manufacturers is essential for shipping or process trays. These are products that meet the criteria.
Supplied to the electronics and semiconductor global company's primary suppliers and is designed for antistatic protection. We have manufacturing facilities to produce the 3 layer sheets and polymer coating sheets. Main materials are ABS, PS, TPU and K-Resin. And roll the sheet thickness to 3.5mm.
